1. Do you use your XDS account?

Confirm that the account you trying log-in with is your SAIL/XDS account.

2. Have you recently changed your password?

Be aware that a changed password in PUM may take up to three hours to pass through.

3. Using TIL "group account"?

If you log in with one of TIL's group accounts (prod* or scanialex*), the password may have been changed (this is done quarterly).
